Terms and Policies:

a) After we confirmed your reservation request, we will give you an option date so you can arrange for your payment. Your booking will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received before the option date.

b) We require full payment for reservation/booking.

c) Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Cheques should clear before we confirm your reservation. We cannot confirm your reservation until your cheque has been cleared by the bank.

d) Please read our cancellation policy before making your reservation:

For full refund, cancellation should be made 4 days before check-in date.
Penalty charges would apply if cancellation is made 3 days or below before check-in date. Penalty charges is equivalent to 25% of the total.
Please allow several days before we can return your money. It will require 7 business days to transfer money to/from Philippines.
Cancellation during check-in date is not allowed. (Non-refundable)
No shows are non-refundable.
